![]() The Timer Light uses the flash on the back of the smartphone as a countdown whenever the user sets a timer for a photo. Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are the first smartphones to receive both the tools. As of now, the update for the application is not available on Google Play Store for most users. According to the report, users have to download and install the APK of Google Photos 8.4 to get the tools. Now, as per a report by XDADevelopers, users can also get these tools on older Pixel smartphones as well. ![]() The company also added a few more camera tools such as Timer Light and exposure modification tool to the smartphones. Both the smartphones run on the latest Android 12 operating system out-of-the-box and apart from this the devices get few exclusive camera features such as Face Unblur, Magic Eraser, and others. The devices are powered by the company's in-house Tensor SoC. Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro smartphones were launched by the company last month.
